1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using biome.id and Biome services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
If you use the services for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these terms.
2. Biome services
Biome provides online-store infrastructure for sellers, including storefronts, dashboards, catalogs, orders, payments through partners, and other functions available in the selected plan.
Features, limits, prices, and availability may differ by plan and may change with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and seller responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, keeping account information accurate, and promptly telling us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity through your account, store content, compliance with applicable law, and your relationships with customers, payment gateways, and shipping providers.
4. Catalog, content, and data
You retain rights in content you submit to the services and grant Biome a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the services.
You may not upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, contains malware, or harms users or systems.
5. Orders and payments
Sellers are responsible for product accuracy, prices, stock, store policies, order fulfillment, shipping, refunds, and customer service. Payment gateways may apply their own verification, fees, limits, and terms.
Biome is not the payment gateway holding buyer funds. Checkout status and settlement may depend on payment-partner verification and services.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Plan prices and limits are shown on Biome's pricing page. Starter has a Rp0 monthly fee and 0% platform commission; Growth and Scale have the subscription prices shown and 0% platform commission.
Payment-gateway fees, domains, taxes, shipping, or third-party services may apply separately. Plan changes and cancellation follow information available in the dashboard or service communications.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the services to:
- violate law or another party's rights;
- send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive communications;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
- disrupt, overload, scan, or test systems without authorization; or
- bypass limits, security controls, or service-payment obligations.
8. Intellectual property
Biome, its marks, software, design, and service materials belong to Biome or its licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the services according to these terms.
9. Availability and service changes
We work to keep services available and secure, but do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or meet every particular need. Maintenance, incidents, technology changes, or third-party dependencies may affect availability.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or services while considering operational needs and applicable obligations.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when needed for security, abuse, terms violations, legal obligations, or failed payment. Where reasonable and safe, we will try to provide notice.
You may stop using the services at any time. Terms that by their nature should continue will survive, including ownership, payment, responsibility, and dispute provisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Biome is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss caused by a user or third party, or interruptions outside Biome's reasonable control. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when services or applicable obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
