Orders count only with real evidence — you can't pay for a bigger track record.
Costs follow value, not the reverse
Every paid service must prove its worth first. We don't charge for unproven features.
Your data is protected (PDP Law)
ID cards, NIB, and documents are stored under the PDP Law, for inspection only.

Can verification be bought?
No. The fee covers the cost of inspection — site visits, test orders, documents. Failed evidence means no badge; paying more changes nothing.
How much does verification cost for my business?
It depends on the inspection's scope — business scale, locations, product categories. Contact us for a quotation, no obligation.
Is supplier search charged for buyers?
No. Supplier search, profiles, and verification checks are free for buyers and resellers. Biome's revenue comes from the supplier side and value-added services.
Are there transaction fees?
Transaction fees apply only with the protected payment facility — always displayed before you pay. Without it, no transaction fee from Biome.
Are there paid listings or ads?
No. If ever available, paid listings will be clearly labelled and never affect verification or ranking.
What happens to the documents I submit for verification?
Documents are stored under the PDP Law, used only for inspection, never shared without legal basis. Full policy on the privacy page.
