Questions about plans & billing
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. Starter is free with no monthly fee and 0% commission. Your store uses a *.biome.id subdomain. Growth and Scale also have 0% commission with higher capacity.
How does the 0% commission on Growth and Scale work?
You pay only the monthly subscription — Rp149k for Growth or Rp349k for Scale — with no per-transaction cut. Payment-gateway processing fees (QRIS/VA/e-wallet) still follow the partners' rates, outside the subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle with no switching fee. Store data stays intact — if you downgrade, features above the lower limit are temporarily disabled, not deleted.
What happens if I exceed the product or storage limit?
Your store keeps running — we don't block sales. You'll be asked to upgrade once you pass the limit. For needs beyond Scale's limits, our team is ready to discuss Enterprise.
Can I export customer data if I leave?
Yes. Customers and orders can be exported anytime in standard formats, including when you end your subscription. Your data is not held hostage.
What's the difference between Enterprise and Scale?
Scale has clear limits (300 products, unlimited variants, 5 domains, 15 GB storage, and 30 custom pages). Enterprise removes all limits and adds Priority+ support — suited to multi-brand setups, custom integrations, or high volume. Contact us for a quote.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
None. Every plan is monthly, can be cancelled anytime, with no setup fee and no minimum contract. Enterprise can have a custom contract if needed.
Which payment methods can I use for the subscription?
Subscriptions can be paid with credit/debit cards, virtual accounts, and e-wallets. Invoices and billing details are available in your store dashboard.
