1. Who is responsible
This policy applies to services provided by PT Biome Solusi Teknologi through biome.id and Biome products. In this policy, “Biome”, “we”, and “services” refer to that party and those services.

2. Data we process
The data we process depends on how you use the services and may include:

- Store, catalog, media, settings, domain, and operational data that you enter in the dashboard.
- Order, customer, shipping-address, payment-status, and communication data needed to run a store.
- Communication data when you contact us, including the message and information you choose to provide.
- Technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, and security or performance logs.

- provide, operate, maintain, and improve Biome services;

4. Seller-controlled customer data
If you use Biome to run a store, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and use customer data. Biome processes that data to provide store, checkout, order, payment, and support functions according to your instructions and configuration.
You remain responsible for catalog content, marketing communications, consent settings, and customer requests under your store's control.
5. Service providers and third parties
We may use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, payments, and other operational functions. Providers receive only the access needed to perform their functions and are subject to relevant security or confidentiality obligations.
Local payments may be processed through payment-gateway partners. Biome will not ask you to send sensitive payment credentials by email.
6. Cookies and analytics
Biome's public site uses Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve the experience. This technology may process technical and usage information under Google's policies. Your browser may also store cookies or local storage needed by the site.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings or privacy tools available on your device. Limiting them may affect some site functions.

We retain data as needed to provide services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and context.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, so you must also protect your credentials and account access.
To request access, correction, restriction, export, or deletion of data under Biome's control, email hi@biome.id. We may ask for additional information to verify identity and understand the scope of a request.
